Resume writing, one person at a time
The right words change everything.
I have sat on the hiring side of the table. I know what the person reading your resume actually needs to see, and I know how to get it out of your head and onto the page.
What the work actually looks like
Responsible for handling customer complaints and helping with scheduling for the department.
Resolved 40+ escalated customer issues per week and rebuilt the department scheduling process, cutting last-minute coverage gaps by half.
Stay at home mom for 8 years, no real work experience during that time.
Managed household operations and a five-figure annual budget while coordinating schedules for a family of five and serving two years as PTA treasurer.
Why me
Most of us are terrible at bragging about ourselves.
Writing a resume is personal. It is not just a list of jobs, it is your story, told in a way that has to be honest, confident, and professional all at once. On top of that, resumes have to follow technical rules just to get seen by a human being. No wonder it feels overwhelming.
I have been on both sides of the table. I have applied for promotions and jobs myself, and I have sat in management reviewing stacks of resumes deciding who gets an interview. I know what stands out, what gets skipped, and what makes a hiring manager stop.
For over eleven years I have written resumes for federal USAJOBS applicants, military members moving to civilian work, long-time homemakers returning to the workforce, executives going after six figure roles, and international clients who needed a CV. Every situation is different, so the approach changes to fit your next step.
This is not paperwork. Your resume can change your future, and it is a privilege every time someone trusts me with that. My job is to make your experience shine and give you the confidence to hit send.
How it works
Remote, written, and paced to you.
I work by text or email so you can answer when you have a minute. A phone call can be scheduled if you would rather talk it through.
-
Send what you have
Your current resume if you have one, plus anything new. No resume at all is fine and costs nothing extra. I will send you a few short forms.
-
We fill in the gaps
I ask questions until we have the details that matter, including the ones you did not think counted. This is the part most people skip and it is where the good bullets come from.
-
Draft, revise, done
Turnaround runs from 24 hours to about a week depending on scope. Expedited work can be arranged. You pay the balance when you are satisfied.
$20 down to begin, the rest when you are happy with it. Payment by PayPal or Venmo.
Pricing
No resume? No problem. No extra charge.
Your level is based on complexity: scope, leadership, number of roles, and how much repositioning is needed. If you match two or more bullets in a tier, you belong in that tier. If you are between tiers, choose the higher one. I will review your choice and steer you to the right option before any work begins.

How to choose your level
Entry (graduate)
Student, recent graduate, or entry-level. Zero to two years of professional experience, counting internships, projects, part-time work, and campus leadership. One or two roles, and the work is translating projects into impact.
Common targets: coordinator and assistant roles, junior analyst, junior specialist, entry healthcare support.
Professional
Early career with a clear direction. Roughly two to five years or two to four roles, individual contributor work with measurable outcomes, minimal leadership. You need stronger bullets and positioning, not a rebrand.
Common targets: administrative assistant, customer support, billing, HR assistant, marketing or operations coordinator, junior data roles.
Mid-career
Five to nine years, or progression across multiple roles. Managing projects, processes, vendors, or cross-functional work even without direct reports. Your experience is broad enough that it needs a clear storyline.
Common targets: senior admin, office manager, project coordinator, operations specialist, account management, analyst, lead roles without full management.
Senior
Ten or more years, or complex experience in less time. Leading functions, initiatives, or high-stakes workflows such as compliance, finance, or regulated work. Many roles or promotions that need compressing into a sharp narrative.
Common targets: senior operations, program roles, senior analysts, senior EA, department leads, senior compliance and admin roles.
Executive
Director, VP, executive leadership, founder, or enterprise senior leader. Strategic scope including budgets, headcount, P and L, and transformation work. Needs executive positioning and board-ready writing that shows scale without becoming a job description.
Common targets: Director, VP, C-suite, Chief of Staff, executive operations, senior leaders in regulated environments, founders returning to corporate.
USAJOBS (federal)
A federal resume built for USAJOBS and federal hiring, with grade-level alignment, specialized experience, vacancy announcement keyword mapping, and federal formatting conventions.
For GS roles, federal agencies, contractors moving to federal, or any role requiring USAJOBS submission.
Questions
Things people ask before they hire me.
What is the most underrated interview skill?
Silence. Answer the question, then stop. Let the interviewer fill the space.
What has changed about interviewing recently?
AI is now the first gatekeeper. You will often be screened before a human ever hears your voice. That means your resume, your LinkedIn, and your application answers have to align tightly with each other.
How do I prepare for a modern interview?
- Know your top five accomplishments cold
- Be ready with measurable results
- Align your answers with the job description
- Show adaptability, because employers need quick learners
- Practice the story beats of your career so you do not ramble
What kinds of questions are popular now?
Recruiters are leaning into adaptability, emotional intelligence, and handling uncertainty. Things like: tell me about a time you solved a problem you were not trained for. Describe a moment when you had to learn something fast. What is your proudest accomplishment and why.
What if I do not have a resume at all?
That is genuinely fine and it does not cost extra. Starting from nothing is sometimes easier than untangling an old document. We build it from your history.
How does payment work?
A $20 deposit starts the work. The balance is due once you are satisfied with the result. Payment by PayPal or Venmo.
Reviews
What clients say.
★★★★★
Filled out a quick form with the essentials, and in under 24 hours there was a draft ready to go. We went back and forth until it was perfect and the final document exceeded expectations. Very affordable compared to others I researched.

★★★★★
I applied to a role that was no longer accepting candidates, as a stretch, and the recruiter got back to me instantly and made an exception to pass my documents to the hiring manager. I believe that was down to her work.

I had no idea where or how to begin. This was the best investment I made. Knowledgeable, professional, and so helpful, and I am very pleased with how my resume and cover letters came out.
